Student Development

Programmes for Whole Person Development

‘I Believe I Can’, Guidance Programme and ‘Life GPS’ are programmes that instil positive input and provide comprehensive support to students from a strong network of parents and teachers. In addition to this, there are many other projects held throughout the school year to foster positive thinking, leadership skills, organizational skills and team-building skills.

Student Development Theme - BE RESPECTFUL AND CONSIDERATE

Strengthening our students' character is a must so that they can grow to be positive individuals and be able to face challenges. Inter-house and inter-class competitions are held in Values Education lessons, Class Teacher Periods and sharing sessions during Morning and Weekly Assemblies. This year, our focus is on 'Be Respectful and Considerate'.

Values Education

Our ‘L.E.A.D.E.R.S. in Action - Fly over the Rainbow’ training camps are held in early September every year for P.5 to S.5. It aims at developing and strengthening the seven elements ─ Learning, Experience, Adventure, Discipline, Esteem, Responsibility and Solidarity in all the participants. Students also learn important life skills and values in their Values Education lessons. Other collaboration work with external organizations with themes on anti-drugs, anti-smoking, sex education and critical thinking workshops provided under the LEAP Programme are also held to equip our students with the necessary elements to meet the various needs in their lives.
