1. Please read the following "Notice on Application for Secondary One Places" carefully before your application. Please submit your application in person to our School's Admission Office.
   請先細閱「中一學位申請須知」，然後開始準備有關申請文件。請到本校校務處親身遞交申請。

   • Notice on Application for Secondary One Places (2027-2028 School Year)
   • 中一學位申請須知 (二零二七至二零二八學年)

2. Application Period:
   報名日期

   • From 5 October 2026 to 16 December 2026
   • 由 二零二六年十月五日 至 二零二六年十二月十六日

3. Please send the following items to the Admission Office in person:
   請把以下文件親身交回本校校務處：

   • completed application form (hard copy);
     已填妥之入學申請表 (硬本)；
   • the printout of the completed online e-Form of the applicant's portfolio record;
     已於網上填報之個人檔案記錄表列印本；
   • copies of academic records / school report cards of the previous two years;
     最近兩年的成績表副本；
   • 1 recent photo of the applicant;
     半身近照一張；
   • Copies of Birth Certificate AND Identity Card;
     出生證明書、身份證及身份証明文件副本；
   • 1 stamped envelope with home address;
     1 個貼有郵票之回郵信封；
   • Records of extra-curricular activities, if any;
     課外活動及服務記錄 (如有)；
   • Awards obtained, if any; and
     獲獎記錄 (如有)；
   • Recommendation letter, if any; and
     推薦信 (如有)；及
   • One English composition and one Chinese composition marked by the primary school.
     須連同小學已評分之英文作文及中文作文各一篇。

* Collection of Personal Data
The personal data provided by means of the Online Application Form will be used for application of school place and other related purposes within the School. The provision of personal data is voluntary. You have a right of access and correction with respect to your personal data as provided for in sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Enquiries should be addressed to the School.
