Hexagon Model

St. Margaret’s nurtures our students to be all-rounders and to reach their full potential. Students therefore need to be self-aware, reflective and insightful. A hexagon model is used for our students to identify their strengths and weaknesses so that they will have a clear direction on how to set their goals.

The hexagon model allows students to set realistic, specific and attainable goals on how to improve themselves. Subsequently, students can make action plans to achieve these goals. From Primary 5 onwards, students would present these goals and action plans to their parents and teachers so that assistance and support would be provided for them.
