St. Margaret's Co-educational English Secondary and Primary School
From 2 July to 6 July 2023, 10 S.3 to S.5 students participated in the Sichuan Tour and visited Chengdu as well as Dujiangyan. Students not only learnt more about culture and sports, but they also came to understand many aspects relating to the prevention of natural disasters. Most excitingly, our students had the privilege to engage in a panda visit at the Wolong National Nature Reserve. They learnt the importance of protecting endangered species in China.
After the tour, our students conducted reflections on our own relationship with nature and what this means for humanity as a whole.
