On 10 and 12 March 2026, our school’s Athletics Team participated in the AQUARIUS All Hong Kong Schools Jing Ying Athletics (Team) Tournament 2025-2026 at Wan Chai Sports Ground. The competition brought together the top secondary school athletes from across Hong Kong. 24 boys’ teams and 24 girls’ teams were invited based on the results of the Inter-school Athletics Competition in the various Hong Kong districts. Our school was honoured to receive an invitation and delivered excellent results.

This was the first time that our S.2 student, Dora Cheung, had participated in this competition. With no age limit in place, she had to face athletes older and more experienced than herself. Yet, Dora displayed remarkable determination, overcoming these challenges to defeat senior competitors in both the 800m and 1500m events. Her perseverance and hard work paid off brilliantly, earning her the position of first runner-up – truly outstanding accomplishment.
