We are delighted to share that S.6 student Jia Wai Yin Tiffany has been honoured with the prestigious "2024 Athlete of the Year (Women’s Junior)" award by the Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates.
Tiffany has had an outstanding year, breaking the Hong Kong women’s U18 & U20 long jump record twice in 2024. In April 2024, she secured a bronze medal at the 21st Asian U20 Athletics Championship with a jump of 6.13m, surpassing her own previous record. Just a month later, she achieved another milestone by winning gold at the All Hong Kong Schools Jing Ying Athletics (Team) Tournament 2023-2024 with a jump of 6.14m, further extending her record.
Her exceptional talent, dedication, and consistent excellence have earned her the title of Athlete of the Year—a testament to her status as the top junior female athlete among all nominees.
We congratulate Tiffany on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to her continued success in athletics!
