Honours Awards in the 58th Schools Dance Festival

The 58th Schools Dance Festival announced the results on 31 August 2022! The four Group Dances, namely We're Ants 小螞蟻 from the Lower Primary Dance Team, The Little Joyful Fishermen 捉魚樂 from the Upper Primary Dance Team, Miao Embroidery 苗繡 and Green 春風吹綠一片天 from the Secondary Teams, were awarded Honours Awards in this year's competition amongst 544 schools in Hong Kong. For the categories of Chinese Dance, Jazz & Street Dance and Dancesport, we obtained a total of seven Solo / Duet entries and they were awarded Highly Commended Awards and Commended Award.

On top of the above achievements, our Dance Teacher Ms. Lam also obtained the ‘Choreography Award’!

The remarkable achievement is undoubtedly a result of the enthusiasm in aesthetic development of the school and the aesthetic excellence of our students. We are very grateful for the honour we received from the professional judges after all the hard work. St. Margaret’s is most proud of such excellent results amidst the pandemic!
