  • 推動「普教中」，提升語言能力。
    Using "Putonghua as the Medium of Instruction" to enhance Chinese speaking ability.

    Learning about Chinese culture and cultivating a sense of national identity.

配合多元文化 開設多樣課程
To address our diverse cultures, we offer different courses

  • 配合本校多元文化的特色，除了開設主流中國語文課程外，亦為非華語學生開辦中文為第二語言課程及主流中文調適課程。
    Due to the multicultural characteristics of our school, we offer mainstream Chinese language, as well as Chinese as a second language and Adapted Chinese for our non-Chinese speaking students.
  • 為提升非華語學生應用中文的能力及學習中文的興趣，本校開設了生活中文課程及中文戲劇課程。
    In order to enhance the ability of non-Chinese speaking students to use Chinese and foster their interest in learning Chinese, our school offers Living Chinese and Chinese Drama for non-Chinese speaking students.
  • 為鞏固學生的普通話基礎及培養學生對中國文化興趣，本校於第一學習階段開辦普通話(小一至小二) 及表演藝術課程(小一至小四)。
    To consolidate students’ ability in speaking Putonghua and cultivate students' interest in Chinese culture, our school offers Putonghua (P1- P2) and Performing Arts (P1 - P4) in Key Stage One.

運用不同策略 提升學習效能
Using different strategies to enhance learning effectiveness

  • 配合校方「三文四語」的宗旨，以普通話作為主要教學語言。
    To echo our school’s mission of being multilingual, we use “Putonghua as the Medium of Instruction” in our Chinese Language lessons.
  • 照顧學生不同的學習需要，按學生能力分組進行小班教學。
    In view of the individual and diverse learning needs of our students, we offer smaller class sizes.
  • 課後開設不同的增補課程，提升學生的語文能力。
    We offer a wide range of after school enrichment and enhancement classes for our students.
  • 非華語學生在第一學習階段(小一至小四)融入主流中國語文班，以「合作教學」CO TEACHING 模式進行，協助非華語學生盡快融入主流中文課程。
    Non-Chinese speaking students are integrated into mainstream Chinese language classes in Key Stage One (P.1-P.4) and a co-teaching mode is used to help them integrate into the mainstream Chinese language curriculum.
  • 配合非華語學生不同的需要，非華語學生可選擇應考香港中學文憑中國語文科、GCSE中國語文或 GCE中國語文。
    In view of the individual and diverse learning needs of the Non-Chinese Speaking Students, non-Chinese speaking students can opt to take the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Chinese Language, GCSE Chinese Language or GCE Chinese Language.
  • 為提升學習中文的興趣，並加深學生對中華文化的認識，本科組每年均舉行不同的中文活動，如詩文之星、中華文化問答比賽、節慶活動、文化活動、本地遊等。
    In order to enhance students' interest in learning Chinese and deepen students' understanding of Chinese culture, we hold different Chinese activities every year, such as the Star of Poetry, Chinese Culture Quiz, Chinese festival activities, cultural activities and local tours.
  • 為推廣閱讀風氣及培養學生主導學習的精神，每年中一至中二級均以「世界閱讀日」的主題，舉行大型的攤位活動。
    In order to promote a reading culture and cultivate a culture of student-led learning, S1 and S2 students participate in a Reading Carnival that coincides with "World Book Day" every year.
  • 為推廣中國文化，本校增設中國文化室「一書齋」，讓學生在濃厚的中華文化氛圍下學習，體認中華文化，培養家國感情。
    In order to promote Chinese culture, we have the Chinese Cultural Room "Yi Shu Zhai" to allow our students to appreciate Chinese culture and cultivate a sense of national identity.
